Referee Scores a goal during a match, should it have counted?

In this video you will see a ball getting deflected off of a referee during a Dutch 4th Division League football match. It ends up getting counted as a goal but was this a correct call by the referee? What would your call be, count it as a goal or give it to the opposing team?
