"Local Pep" argues with referees during a match

Fellow referee gives two penalty kicks back to back after a questionable call. "Local Pep" decides to argue with the assistant referee after getting upset. It seems like the ref needs a RedBull to get his head in the game but what do guys you think about these calls?
