Player is busy practicing his diving technique for the olympics! Was the Ref correct in giving a Red to the defender or should he have punished the diver for not wearing his swimsuit?

There is clearly contact in all cases; likewise in all cases, there is no foul. In each of the above situations, there should be no whistle and play should be allowed to continue.
