Bouncing ball on hard field, keeper runs out to jump and get a hand on the ball. Jumps, misses the ball while forward does exatly the same and they collide mid air, no one gets ball because it bounced too high. Problem is they collided just outside the penalty area beacuse keeper's momemtum carried him out. I called DFK for attackig team. Should I have done this?

Not enough information. The keeper and the field player both have a right to the ball, no matter where the ball is located. Did they both challenge fairly and go straight up? If so, let the play continue and no foul call. If the keeper challenged illegally, either after missing the ball by charging into the attacker, kicking the attacker, or something else in the air... then yes, call the foul.

Based on what you described though, it doesn't sound like a foul was present... just that they both missed the ball in the error, collided as a result and the ball went past them. If that is the case, then play on.

50-50 ball outside the PA, GK and attacker both miss, play on!

I am okay with your call based on the information provided assuming the collision was more than a trifling bump.

1) Since the collision was outside of the penalty area and the keeper was jumping to play the ball with his hand he is responsible for his momentum. If the keeper would have touched the ball would it have been handling?

2) normally the further the keeper is from the goal line the more likely any foul called will go against the keeper.
